You've talked and we've listened. For those of you looking for easy, healthy, tasty, and budget-friendly meals, you have come to the right page!
Our monthly meal plans are our way of taking something major off of your plate - literally. Our carefully devised menus are intended to remove the "thinking" component from meal planning, so you no longer have to worry about what you're eating for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
As a new subscriber, you will receive a "welcome packet" with helpful tools and resources about portion sizes, dining out, managing cravings, and how to eat mindfully. On the first of each month you will receive a meal plan for that month, which includes weekly grocery lists and recipes for two options for each meal and snack per week. You will also receive a list of produce in-season for that month.
While the meal plans are general and do not reflect the same individualized attention as our counseling service, they do however, provide general substitutions for those who are vegetarian or are intolerant of gluten or dairy.
Meal planning is extremely important when trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but we know that it can be pushed to the bottom of the priority list when life gets busy. We are here to keep you on track no matter what obstacles come your way.
